10U FIREHAWKS HEADBAND
This Headband was a volunteer job for our local winter hockey tournament. The direction of the project was "we need something something to fit on a headband" so I came up with a few different versions and surveyed the players. The result is the design they liked best.
The FIREHAWKS are a coop of Burnsville and Apple Valley hockey teams. Burnsville colors are black and gold while Apple Valley are brown, gold, black and white. I used the stick from the Apple Valley Eagles hockey logo as well as the Burnsville colors in the preliminary drafts, but breaking it down to one color required a redraw. The girls LOVE them, and are still wearing them regularly.
